Dr. Öğr. Üyesi İlknur Saral's Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi class was joined by Halk Bankası's Perakende Müşteri Temsilcisi Hande Fulden Kart and Perakende Müşteri Temsilcisi Sümeyra Top. They shared their experiences and knowledge with our students on customer relationship management in the banking sector, the skills a customer representative should possess, and career opportunities in the banking field.
